Providence House

an innovative and friendly community apartment campus located in an historic section of downtown Reading, Pennsylvania. It offers maintenance-free living with security, comfort and choices to seniors who qualify for residency, based upon their income not exceeding specified limits. Private investors developed Providence House as an Independent Living community in conjunction with the Berks County Office of Aging. This allows residents to elect optional Supplementary Services that are offered and administered by the Office of Aging, and that are priced based upon income.
